Chambers USA (Chambers and Partners) ranked Haynes and Boone, LLP among the Top 15 firms in the nation in franchise law in 2021.

The directory stated that she “is held in exceptionally high regard due to her experience in disputes concerning issues such as breach of contract, fraud and franchise terminations. Her clients include franchisors, distributors, joint ventures and partnerships.”
A market source, quoted by Chambers USA, said Coldwell “is very knowledgeable and well respected in the industry."
Chambers USA also ranked Haynes and Boone Partner Rob Lauer, co-head of the firm’s Franchise and Distribution Practice Group, Band 4 nationwide. The directory stated that Lauer “works on transactional issues and is particularly skilled in working with those in the hospitality and restaurant sectors. A market source praised Lauer’s “sophisticated and expansive knowledge of international franchising."
