Taylor Wilson, Mike Boone, Jeff Dorrill Recognized in D CEO's 2022 Dallas 500 Directory

Haynes and Boone, LLP Co-Founder Mike Boone, Managing Partner Taylor Wilson, and Partner Jeff Dorrill are included in D CEO magazine’s 2022 “Dallas 500” directory, which features the most powerful and influential business leaders in North Texas in more than 50 categories.

“The Dallas 500 is the region’s highly selective biographical database of the people who run Dallas-Fort Worth business,” the publication states.

The 500 honorees were recognized during an exclusive event on Thursday, Nov. 18, in Dallas, where the magazine’s cover was also revealed. The 2022 issue of D CEO’s Dallas 500 will hit shelves this month.

The directory provides an engaging, personal look at the people who have made Dallas-Fort Worth such a powerful economic force. Honorees shared professional and personal details, what they learned in 2021, hobbies, their best business advice, and other fun facts for the directory.

About this year's honorees:

Michael Boone

Partner and Co-founder of the firm, Mike has more than 40 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities transactions, and board of director representations. He has been featured in the Dallas 500 as one of the "most influential leaders in North Texas" yearly since 2016.

Taylor Wilson

Taylor focuses his practice on corporate/securities, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters, and regularly advises investment advisers to both domestic and offshore funds with respect to fund formation and investment management activities. 

Jeff Dorrill

Jeff, a partner in the firm’s Tax Practice Group, focuses his practice on structuring and negotiating partnership, limited liability company and shareholder agreements, federal income tax planning, and controversies, as well as property tax controversies and negotiating local tax and finance incentives for development projects. He also assists clients with state and local tax planning.
