August 04, 2025

Haynes Boone made its debut in the AIM Advisers Rankings Guide, earning recognition in Q2 2025 as one of the top law firms advising companies listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM).

According to the Q2 2025 guide, Haynes Boone achieved the following rankings:

  • 17th overall for total AIM clients (12), making it the third-highest ranked U.S.-based firm
  • Eighth overall for basic materials clients (five), No. 1 among U.S. firms
  • Seventh overall for technology clients (three), also No. 1 among U.S. firms

“This debut underscores the strength of our growing international capital markets practice and our commitment to helping clients access global opportunities,” said London Office Co-Head Nick Davis. “As more companies look to AIM, we are proud to offer transatlantic support backed by knowledgeable attorneys and a collaborative, solutions-oriented team.”

Compiled quarterly by Adviser Rankings Ltd, the guide highlights law firms with the largest number of AIM-listed clients, segmented by industry and geography.

Haynes Boone expanded its capabilities to London in 2016, originally starting an office in England’s capital with 13 lawyers. The firm added several cross-border corporate attorneys in February, bringing the London office to 56 lawyers and making it Haynes Boone’s fourth largest by headcount. Since the arrival of Davis and his team in February, the London office has signed and closed more than 20 deals totaling an excess of $353 million (£277 million), including 11 in the energy sector and seven for technology clients.

The firm provides comprehensive advice to clients trading on all major U.S. securities exchanges, over-the-counter markets and all major U.K. stock markets and many foreign markets on a full range of securities transactions and reporting matters.
