Gabriel Levinson, who litigates high-profile commercial and business tort disputes across the country, has joined Haynes and Boone, LLP as the New York-based chair of the firm’s Real Estate Litigation Practice.
Gabriel previously served as chair of the Real Estate Litigation group at Polsinelli and was a shareholder in its Commercial Litigation Practice.
His practice focuses on litigating complex and general commercial business disputes, including corporate, business tort and breach of contract claims, and commercial real estate disputes.

Gabriel prosecutes and defends claims arising from a variety of business litigation areas, including commercial lease and asset purchase disputes, acquisitions, mergers, corporate governance disputes, proxy contests, joint venture disputes, emergency injunctive actions, shareholder disputes, derivative actions, employment disputes, and breach of contract disputes. He has secured jury and non-jury verdicts in the areas of corporate, real estate, entertainment, and insurance recovery litigation. Gabriel also arbitrates and mediates cases before multiple tribunals, including the American Arbitration Association and the Judicial and Mediation Services.
