Haynes Boone ranked among the nation’s top law firms for lender and borrower representations in syndicated loan transactions in 2017, according to Thomson Reuters’ LoanConnector League Tables.
In the ranking of the top law firms representing administrative agents and lead arrangers, Haynes Boone placed 13th based on the number of deals and 14th based on volume, the top Texas-based firm in both categories. Haynes Boone represented agents and lead arrangers in a total of 51 deals in 2017, representing about $24.4 billion in value.
In the “overall” law firm ranking, which tracks lender and borrower representations, Haynes Boone placed 20th, with 57 deals in 2017 worth almost $28.8 billion.
