Haynes Boone represented MultiSensor AI Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: MSAI) in connection with its $14.4 million registered direct offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants, announced Nov. 4.
The company intends to use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes, including advancing strategic growth initiatives and continued development of the MSAI Connect platform.
Haynes Boone’s team advising MSAI was led by Capital Markets and Securities Co-Chair Matt Fry and Rachel O’Donnell with support from Associates Camden Brown, Brick Christensen and Maya Thomas. This is the second transaction the team has closed for MSAI in two weeks, following its representation in a $14 million private placement in late October.
“We were pleased to again support MSAI in executing another successful capital raise to help accelerate its growth and platform development,” Fry said. “We look forward to MSAI’s continued success.”
