Law360 has selected Haynes and Boone, LLP Partner Bill Morrison to serve on the 2021 Healthcare Editorial Advisory Board, which provides feedback and insight to the publication on how best to shape future coverage.
The board comprises partners at prominent U.S. law firms. Board members discuss cases and trends in their practice areas and offer suggestions to help Law360 shape and improve current and future coverage.

As a former senior in-house lawyer at one of the nation’s largest public healthcare companies, Morrison has the hands-on experience to efficiently and successfully defend corporations and executives in complex healthcare matters. He represents national healthcare providers in a broad range of litigation and compliance matters involving government enforcement, internal investigation, False Claims Act cases, and antitrust counselling, among many other matters. Morrison has led teams that have handled many mission-critical matters.
In addition to his own practice, he co-heads Haynes and Boone’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice Group, helping to manage a growing team of more than two dozen lawyers nationwide who work with clients across all sectors of the healthcare industry, advising on business transactions, regulatory compliance, government investigations, patent litigation and counseling, and also a host of issues arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.
