Haynes Boone has been awarded a national Tier 1 designation in PTAB Litigation by Managing IP in its 2025 IP STARS directory, placing the firm among the top six in the nation and highlighting the firm’s extensive experience and success before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. The firm also ranked nationally in patent prosecution, earning a Tier 3 designation.
In addition to the national rankings, Haynes Boone is highly recommended in both patent disputes and patent prosecution in Texas.
These rankings come in the wake of a national Tier 2 ranking in trademark prosecution as well as 12 individual IP STARS in June 2025.
"Our team’s consistent performance before the PTAB and in patent prosecution is a testament to the depth of our experience and our commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients,” said Patent Practice Group Chair David O’Dell. “We’re grateful for this recognition and remain focused on helping innovators thrive."
