Biography
Austria Arnold Gerhardy is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. Austria also counsels clients on antitrust compliance matters, including filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976.
Austria previously interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas.

- Represented Satcom Direct in securing merger clearance for a sale of up to $600 million to Gogo Inc.
- Advised Applied Avionics on the Hart-Scott-Rodino Filing related to its Acquisition by Loar Group.
- Represented Breck Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm, in its acquisition of NPX One, a leading U.S. manufacturer of foam fresh protein packaging.
- Represented High Reach Company, LLC, a leader in the equipment sales and rental industry, in the sale of its assets to United Rentals.
- Advised United-Southern Waste Material Company, an industry leader in grading and recycling used clothing as well as a manufacturer of wiping cloths and industrial wipers, in a sale of its assets to Recycled Shoes and Clothing, LLC.
