Noah Aschen
Biography
Noah Aschen serves as counsel in the Business Transactions Department at Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. Noah advises public and private companies, portfolio companies, investors, and corporate legal teams on a broad range of transactional, regulatory, compliance, governance, and commercial matters. His practice draws on experience counseling businesses in highly regulated industries, managing legal risk, drafting and negotiating complex agreements, and supporting strategic corporate initiatives.
Noah has advised global portfolio companies and senior business leaders on commercial contracts, corporate governance, government filings, data privacy, antitrust, product quality compliance, intellectual property portfolio management, licensing, e-commerce, and regulatory investigations. He also has experience guiding companies through product recalls, quality investigations, corporate reorganizations, asset sales, distributor relationships, and other legal operational matters.
Before joining Haynes Boone, Noah served as both in-house counsel and in law firm roles where he supported securities offerings, SEC filings, corporate transactions, board and committee governance, investment company regulatory matters, SPAC-related matters, government investigations, and internal investigations for corporate clients.
