Dominique Baldwin

Dominique Baldwin is an associate in the Labor and Employment and Litigation Practice Groups in the Houston office of Haynes Boone.

Dominique counsels employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters. She focuses on employment litigation and client counseling, handling claims and concerns of discrimination, retaliation, and addressing wage and hour issues. Her practice also includes advising clients on federal and state employment laws and compliance, and assisting employers with responding to administrative charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and various state agencies. Dominique works closely with clients to manage employee terminations, internal investigations, and employment policies. Dominique is also a member of our OSHA and Workplace Disasters Practice Group and has experience in defending against OSHA citations, and ensuring employers are in compliance with federal and state OSHA standards.
