Biography
Bill Bandy is an associate in the Finance Practice Group at Haynes Boone's Houston office. Bill’s practice focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in a wide range of leveraged finance and fund finance transactions. He advises borrowers on subscription facilities, NAV‑based and hybrid facilities, credit fund ABLs, SPV‑level financings, GP facilities, management lines, co‑investment loan vehicles, margin loan structures, and GP stakes financings involving both preferred equity and debt components.
