Biography
Julianne Buff is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group at Haynes Boone's New York office. Her practice focuses on representing developers, financial sources, and borrowers across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions and corporate finance matters. With judicial and private sector experience, Julianne brings a diverse legal skill set spanning real estate, bankruptcy, corporate compliance, and litigation.
