Thomas Carroll is an associate in the Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group in the New York office of Haynes and Boone, LLP. His practice focuses on securities law and general corporate matters, including representing issuers, underwriters and institutional investors in public and private securities offerings, SEC reporting and compliance and corporate governance matters.
As a law student Thomas completed an internship with the Honorable Kimberly S. Budd of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. Prior to law school Thomas was a software developer and a business analyst.
