
David Dodds
David Dodds is a counsel in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone. He focuses his practice on professional responsibility and compliance and serves as the firm’s internal Compliance Counsel.
David has approximately twenty years’ experience representing corporations and their directors and officers in a wide range of complex commercial lawsuits, including many securities and shareholder suits, class and derivative actions, and fiduciary disputes.
