Michelle Emeterio

Michelle Emeterio is an associate in the Trademark and Advertising Practice Group at Haynes Boone’s Orange County office. Michelle’s practice focuses on trademark and copyright counseling, prosecution, clearance, portfolio management, licensing and intellectual property enforcement. She assists clients with trademark and copyright applications, office-action responses, communications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and Copyright Office, watch-notice review, chain-of-title management, and settlement agreements.

Michelle also counsels clients on intellectual property enforcement matters, including cease-and-desist letters, DMCA notices, takedown requests, civil litigation, UDRP proceedings and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board
