Caite Evans is an associate in the Houston office of Haynes and Boone. Caite assists clients with a wide range of commercial real estate matters relating to the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing, of various types of commercial real estate. In addition, Caite also represents large national financial institutions in connection with the financing and restructuring of various types of complex commercial real estate lending and subscription line lending transactions.
