Biography
Helen Formoso-Murias is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Charlotte office. Her practice focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of bilateral and syndicated debt financing transactions, including subscription credit facilities, NAV and hybrid facilities, leveraged financings, and other secured and unsecured lending arrangements.
Helen received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she was Editor in Chief of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law.
