With more than two decades of experience, he represents clients in commercial, constitutional, labor, and cross-border disputes across a wide range of industries, including automotive, energy, aerospace, retail, technology, infrastructure, telecommunications, hospitality, insurance, healthcare, agriculture, professional services, and government.
Litigation and Dispute Resolution
Alejandro handles commercial and constitutional litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution involving real estate and infrastructure conflicts, shareholder and corporate governance disputes, breach and termination of commercial agreements, enforcement of credit instruments and collateral, damages claims, product liability, insurance coverage, force majeure, business interruption, insolvency, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and enforcement of U.S. judgments and international arbitration awards.
