Dylan Glazier

Dylan Glazier is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office. His practice focuses on representing lenders and borrowers on a broad range of financial products and debt-equity hybrid structures.

A trusted avisor to his clients, Dylan’s experience includes coverage of bi-lateral and syndicated subscription lines, management lines, NAV/hybrid facilities, letters of credit, acquisition financings, term/revolving ABL facilities, note issuances and warrant rights, and other secured and unsecured lending arrangements.

Prior to entering private practice, Dylan worked in-house for a multi-national New York based asset manager, providing him with a unique and personal insight as to his client’s needs and expectations. No matter the size or complexity of a given transaction, Dylan strives to work closely with his clients to understand their needs and provide creative, specific, and practicable solutions.
