Kirsty Harshaw

Kirsty Harshaw is an associate in the Investment Management Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s London office.

Kirsty works closely with fund management teams and corporates on fund and carry scheme establishment and fund closings. Kirsty has also worked to support early-stage companies on ongoing corporate matters, conducting due diligence exercises and preparing relevant ancillary documents.

Prior to working as an associate, Kirsty worked as a paralegal in the investment management practice group at the firm.
