Ochuko Hope

Ochuko Hope is a counsel in the Finance Practice Group in the Houston office of Haynes Boone. Ochuko represents borrowers and lenders in a variety of commercial and corporate finance transactions. Her practice focuses on assisting clients with acquisition financings, real estate secured credit facilities, syndicated credit facilities and subscription secured finance transactions.
