Charles X. Jenkins
Biography
Charles is an associate and member of the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Charlotte office.
His practice involves a broad range of financial transactions, including advising banks, private equity sponsors and other financial institutions on structuring, negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities and other secured and unsecured lending arrangements.

- Represented the administrative agent in connection with a $1.1 billion senior secured credit facility to one of the nation’s largest automotive dealership groups.
- Represented a joint lead arranger on a $700 million senior unsecured credit facility to a publicly traded architectural products and services company.
- Represented the left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with the amendment and restatement of a $1.15 billion senior secured credit facility to a global manufacturing company.
- Represented the administrative agent on a $691.5 million senior secured credit facility to an automotive dealership group.
- Represented a financial institution in connection with the amendment of a $425 million credit facility.
- Represented the administrative agent in connection with the amendment and restatement of a $325 million unsecured credit facility.
- Represented a private credit fund in connection with a $75 million secured credit facility.
- Represented a private credit fund on a $55 million senior secured term loan to a medical technology company.
- Represented a private equity fund borrower in connection with a $52.5 million credit facility with a financial institution.
- Represented a private equity fund borrower in connection with a $250 million subscription credit facility.
- Represented a financial institution in connection with a $125 million senior secured revolving line of credit to a private equity fund.
- Represented an investment management firm in connection with a $110 million subscription credit facility.
- Represented a private equity fund borrower in connection with a $157.5 million capital call facility.
- Represented a publicly traded industrial products manufacturing company on a $50 million senior notes offering.
- Represented a private investment firm in connection with a $25.5 million aircraft financing transaction.
