Biography

Presley Klinger is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate finance and corporate lending transactions. She primarily represents financial institutions and other lenders and also advises borrowers on the structuring, negotiation, and closing of loans secured by commercial real estate assets.

Presley has experience with a broad range of credit facilities, including real estate–secured loans, senior debt financings, asset-based lending arrangements, and mezzanine financings. She regularly advises clients on single-asset and portfolio financings involving the acquisition and refinancing of commercial real estate.

At the firm, she is actively involved in pro bono initiatives and serves as Vice Chair of Haynes Boone’s New York Pro Bono Committee.
