Christopher Konopka

Christopher Konopka is a partner in the Real Estate Finance Practice Group in the Dallas office of Haynes Boone.

Chris has represented developers, investment funds, pension funds, individuals, public corporations and financial institutions in connection with various commercial real property transactions, including financing, acquisition, disposition, leasing and development. Such transactions have covered a broad range of property types, including multi-family, industrial, office, retail, hospitality and single-family master planned communities. Chris specializes in borrower-side financing transactions, including construction loans, development loans, term loans, bridge loans and mezzanine loans covering all property types. Prior to joining Haynes Boone, Chris primarily helped represent institutional lenders in connection with commercial real estate loan originations intended for securitization on the secondary market.
