Biography

Ravina Mahajan is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in Haynes Boone's London office.

Ravina has experience of advising both UK and international companies on a wide variety of equity capital market transactions including initial public offerings and secondary fundraisings as well as both public and private mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Haynes Boone, Ravina practiced for several years at prestigious law firms in Singapore and India.

: Advising Lease Operators Limited on the successful £26.4m all cash offer for Trinity Exploration and Development PLC, a Trinidad and Tobago based oil and gas operator.

Advising Helix Exploration PLC on its admission to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and its oversubscribed £7.5m fundraising. Helix is a helium exploration company with operations in Montana, North America.

Advising Zeus Capital Ltd on the admission to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange of Selkirk PLC, an investing company which raised £7.5 on admission.

Advising Zeus Capital Ltd on £10 million fundraising for Devolver Digital PLC.

Advising AIM-listed Kropz PLC on its £8.9 million fundraising.

Advising Investment Evolution Credit PLC on its admission to the AQUIS Growth Market and an associated fundraising.
