Amanuel Mamo
Biography
Amanuel Mamo is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. His practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions and borrowers in complex lending arrangements, including subscription credit facilities, and commercial lending facilities.
Prior to joining Haynes Boone, Amanuel graduated from Howard University School of Law, where he served as a Dean’s Fellow and Treasurer of the Mid-Atlantic Black Law Students Association. During law school, he gained practical experience through the Fair Housing Clinic, representing tenants in landlord-tenant disputes, and contributed to scholarship as a member of the Human and Civil Rights Law Review.
