Spencer Markbreiter

Spencer Markbreiter is an associate in the Real Estate Finance Practice Group at Haynes Boone’s New York office. Spencer represents developers, banks, institutional and private lenders, investors, and borrowers in connection with commercial, multi-family, mezzanine, and building and construction loans. 

Spencer assists clients with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, assignment of mortgage documents, closing documents, and closing statements for commercial and residential real estate transactions. He also conducts due diligence, including title clearance, survey review, and easement and covenant assessment for all matters.
