David McClellan
Biography
David McClellan is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the London office of Haynes Boone.
His practice concentrates on equity capital markets, public and private M&A, and corporate governance matters. David advises both international and UK companies across a range of corporate transactions, including public company takeovers, initial public offerings, secondary fundraisings and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Haynes Boone, David practiced for several years at prestigious law firms in New York and London.

- Acted for Intelligent Ultrasound Group plc, an ultrasound simulation and education company, in its successful £45 million takeover by Surgical Sciences Sweden AB
- Acted for Chariot Limited, an AIM-listed transitional gas company, on a number of successful equity fundraisings, raising in aggregate $28 million (£22 million) in 2023 and 2024
- Acted for NEO Energy Metals plc, a mineral exploration company listed on the LSE Main Market, in its £22 million (cash and shares) conditional asset purchase by wholly-owned subsidiary Neo Uranium Resources Beisa Mine (Pty) Limited from a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sibanye Stillwater Limited
- Acted for SmartSpace Software plc, a SaaS-based technology company, in its successful £28 million takeover by Sign In Solutions Inc
- Acted for Mr Jérôme Bernard Jean Auguste Bayle, independent director of Global Ports Holding plc, in its successful $310 million (£247 million) takeover by its largest shareholder Global Tatirim Holding AS
- Acted for Ten Lifestyle Group plc, an AIM-listed global concierge platform, on a successful c. £6 million equity fundraising
- Acted for Songtradr, Inc., a media company, in its successful £19 million takeover of AIM-listed 7digital Group plc
