Biography

Dalton B. Miller is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in Haynes Boone's Charlotte office.

Dalton’s practice focuses on real estate finance and commercial real estate. Dalton represents institutional lenders, multinational financial services companies, real estate investment trusts and other lending institutions in a variety of commercial real estate finance transactions in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), and balance sheet loan origination transactions, as well as other similarly structured programs. In addition, Dalton counsels lenders, servicers, special servicers, and investors with respect to workouts, distressed assets, and other post-securitization matters and provides transactional support in connection with the transition of defaulted commercial real estate projects into bankruptcy and litigation.
