Grace Nealon

Grace Nealon is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office.

Grace advises clients on a wide range of structured finance transactions, with experience spanning both traditional and bespoke securitization structures. Her practice includes advising on collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), rated note feeders, telecom and receivable securitizations, consumer and student loan facilities and other structured products and lending transactions. In addition, Grace has experience navigating fund finance matters, including subscription credit facilities, net asset value (NAV) facilities, and hybrid facilities.

Grace is committed to inclusion efforts in the legal profession and beyond. She maintains an active pro bono practice focused on equal rights and social justice initiatives.
