Ann Marie Painter advises clients in technology, defense contracting, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, and financial services on a wide range of labor and employment matters. Her practice focuses on litigation and high-profile internal investigations involving workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour disputes under federal and state laws.
To help employers minimize litigation risk, Ann Marie provides practical, day-to-day counsel on executive and employment agreements, medical leave and accommodation issues, job restructuring, and workforce change policies and implementation.
