Biography

Geraldine Palfreman-Pigot is counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s London office. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate across all asset classes, from investment, development, real estate joint ventures and corporate real estate to landlord and tenant matters, asset management, due diligence and real estate support for wider lending and corporate transactions.

Geraldine has more than 19 years of experience in commercial property, helping both UK-based and international clients with investments, real estate due diligence, disposals and leasing, including the joint venture and eventual sale of a joint venture interest in a large mixed use site at Bishops Square, Spitalfields, London, the property due diligence on landmark London hotels for lenders and acting for the landlord on a lease which was later the subject of a landmark case on the doctrine of frustration.
