Alastair Papworth

Alastair Papworth is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group at Haynes Boone’s Houston office. A practical, business-minded attorney, Alastair advises clients on a broad range of employment matters, including compliance with workplace laws, agreements with employees and executives, and workplace issues such as employee discipline and termination.

Alastair also provides strategic counseling on employment matters arising in complex transactions. He works with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and other business clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, equity investments, and related transactional matters.
