Richard Post

Rick Post is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Houston office.

Rick represents borrowers and lenders in a variety of commercial and corporate finance transactions. His practice focuses on assisting clients with syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, real estate-secured credit facilities, asset-based lending, subscription secured finance transactions, and other types of secured and unsecured financings. Prior to and during law school, Rick worked in both the upstream E&P and oilfield service industries.
