Shaun Quan

Shaun Quan is an associate in the Real Estate Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone's Orange County office. He advises clients on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, acquisition and construction financings, and commercial leasing matters.

Shaun has handled transactions ranging from $10 million to $300 million involving auto dealerships, warehouses, mixed-use developments, residential towers, and other commercial properties. He drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, loan and security documents, leases, development agreements, easements, and related closing documents. He also coordinates title, zoning, survey, and other due diligence matters.
