Kate Register is an associate in the Private Equity Practice Group in the New York office of Haynes and Boone, LLP. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, capital markets and securities, and other commercial transactions.
During law school, Kate served as a Senior Editor on the Georgetown Journal of International Law. She also participated in the Street Law Program where she taught law and mock trial at a local high school in D.C.
