• Avantax, Inc., a tax-focused financial planning and wealth management company, in its $1.2 billion take-private sale to Cetera Financial Group. This deal was recognized as the “M&A Deal of the Year” for the $1B-$10B Category at the 23rd Annual M&A Advisor Awards.
• Laird Superfood, Inc., a leader in functional coffee, creamers, and superfood products, in its acquisition of Navitas LLC, a leading premium food brand, and in a concurrent $50 million PIPE investment from Nexus Capital Management, LP.
• Satcom Direct, Inc., a satellite communications hardware manufacturer and service provider, in its sale to Gogo Inc. for up to $600 million in cash and stock. This deal was recognized as the 2025 Telecommunications Deal of the Year at the 16th Annual International M&A Awards.
• DallasNews Corporation, the holding company of The Dallas Morning News and Medium Giant, in its take-private sale to Hearst.
• Dillard's, Inc., a leading department store retailer, in its pending merger with W.D. Company, Inc., a privately held Arkansas family holding company
