
Austin Sabin
Biography
Austin Sabin is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. Austin represents clients in complex commercial litigation cases concerning a variety of issues including commercial leases, franchise networks, insurance arrangements, employment agreements, and other sophisticated contracts. Austin believes in a solution-oriented approach, whether that solution is an early and favorable settlement or an aggressive defense or prosecution. Austin is interested in civil procedure and has experience with both federal and state courts.
Austin graduated cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law where he served on the student board of the J. Reuben Clark Society and worked as a student advisor and as a teaching and research assistant. Prior to that, he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Marriot School of Business. Austin enjoys cards and playing catch with his son.
