Joseph Sarcinella

Joseph Sarcinella is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office.

His practice focuses on cross-border finance, structured finance and consortium lending, with everything from ground-up construction to stabilized properties.

Joe has advised on buyer and seller side debt sales including co-lender and intercreditor agreement negotiations and has served as debt counsel on both the borrower and lender side of transactions. He is also experienced in loan workouts, restructurings and foreclosures.
