Moni Sarmadi is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in the New York office of Haynes and Boone. His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Moni practiced at another large New York law firm where he focused on leveraged finance transactions with a concentration in secured financings. Moni represented institutional lenders in loan transactions with real estate collateral, including large multi-state portfolios and financings in a variety of different industries.
