Moni Sarmadi is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office.
His practice focuses on commercial real estate finance transactions. Moni has represented institutional and non-traditional lenders, developers and funds in a variety of real estate transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine financing, construction lending, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions.
