Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions. Hannah also counsels clients on antitrust compliance matters, including filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976.

Haynes Boone Advises Applied Avionics in $385M Acquisition by Loar Group

Haynes and Boone, LLP represented Applied Avionics, Inc., a leading U.S. manufacturer of avionics interface solutions for aerospace and defense platforms, in connection with its sale to Loar Group, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Loar Holdings Inc.
