• Represented the nation’s largest protein-focused food company and its subsidiaries in the acquisition of the poultry rendering and blending assets of two other protein-based food companies.
• Represented major midstream energy company in the sale of its retail propane distribution business for $900 million to a Canada-based company.
• Represented private equity sale in the sale of its investment in a leading provider of data center infrastructure and other IT solutions, to an investor.
• Represented a physician-owned, multi-specialty medical group in the sale of its assets to a major hospital system.
• Represented a landscaping and foliage wholesale company in its equity sale to an investor.
• Represented Ntelicor, LLC, an IT staffing and solutions company, in its equity sale to INSPYR Solutions, a national IT staffing and solutions firm and a portfolio company of private equity investor A&M Capital Partners.
• Advised DFW-based full-service investment firm in the sale of its portfolio company, a comprehensive healthcare equipment solutions provider to post-acute care facilities, to private investment firm Brixey & Meyer Capital.
• Represented Dallas-based global tax services and software provider Ryan, LLC, in its acquisition of Kurz Group, Inc., a Dallas-based national property tax consulting firm.
