Davis Price Shugrue
Biography
Davis Price Shugrue is an associate in the Insurance Recovery Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. He represents policyholders in complex insurance recovery matters, maximizing their insurance recoveries. He also represents clients in state and federal court litigation, arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and international dispute resolution proceedings, including commercial litigation matters and customs and international trade matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Davis served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Stephen Alexander Vaden on the United States Court of International Trade. Davis graduated Order of the Coif from Vanderbilt Law School, where he was the Senior Notes Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law and worked as a Judicial Extern for Justice Sarah Keeton Campbell on the Tennessee Supreme Court.
