
Stuart Slayton
Stuart Slayton is an associate in the Investment Management Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. Stuart’s practice focuses on private equity and hedge fund formation and investments, investment management agreements, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Stuart worked for the Arizona Attorney General as a legal analyst, helping to pass legislation creating the United States’ first regulatory sandbox for FinTech products, as well as advising on public policy matters relating to the sandbox’s implementation.
Stuart also represents various clients pro bono in conjunction with Advocates for Community Transformation, a non-profit dedicated to reducing crime and creating safe neighborhoods.
