Stephanie Spell

Stephanie Spell is a counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office.

Stephanie has counseled a variety of clients, including institutional investors, investment banks, private equity investors, publicly traded REITs, pension funds and developers in connection with a broad array of real estate transactions across the nation and abroad. Her practice focuses on acquisitions and sales of single assets and portfolios of properties across asset classes (including, industrial, residential, office, hotel, condominium, retail and self-storage), mortgage, mezzanine and construction financing of such properties, joint ventures and preferred equity investments.

Clients also rely on Stephanie to negotiate space leases, subleases and ground leases. Stephanie also represents clients in connection with large-scale development projects, including development and construction agreements.
