Eitan A. Stavsky

Eitan Stavsky represents banks and other financial institutions across a range of fund finance and structured finance products, with a focus on NAV-based credit facilities, hedge fund financings, margin lending, subscription lines and other liquidity solutions for investment funds. Eitan’s practice also straddles the commercial finance space, and he advises clients on complex project financings (including LNG and energy storage projects) and secured lending transactions in sectors ranging from retail to manufacturing. Eitan has expanded his practice to the digital asset lending space, and he counsels clients on cryptocurrency-backed financings, warehouse facilities and securitization structures.
