Chi Vo Kavanaugh

Chi Vo Kavanaugh is an associate in the Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office. Chi is devoted to providing thoughtful, business-oriented legal solutions to clients operating in dynamic and complex markets.

Chi has experience with representing public and privately held companies in the U.S., Europe and UK with respect to debt and equity securities offerings, M&A transactions, financings and restructuring matters. Chi's experience includes advising on risk management, communicating with shareholders and other stakeholders, negotiating commercial agreements, preparing board of director materials and approvals, drafting press releases and reviewing financial reports. Drafting experience includes 1933 Act and 1934 Act documents, including registration statements on Forms S-1 and S-3, preparation of 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K reports, prospectuses, offering memoranda, indentures, underwriting agreements and opinion letters.
