Taylor C. West

Taylor West is an associate in the Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group in the Charlotte office of Haynes Boone. His practice primarily focuses on securities and corporate governance matters, including reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and compliance with exchange listing. Taylor also represents issuers, underwriters and investors in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings and private placements. In addition, Taylor assists both public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions.

While earning his law degree, Taylor spent a semester studying international business law at Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon, taking courses on EU banking and securities law.
