Biography
Michael Wheaton is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Charlotte office.
Michael’s practice focuses on representing banks, financial institutions, private credit funds, hedge funds and other investment advisors, and borrowers in a variety of lending transactions, including bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, subscription secured finance, acquisition financing, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Through his pro bono work, Michael has also had the privilege of representing military veterans in all branches of service in discharge upgrade requests, expungement requests, and various other issues.
