Tenzin Woden

Tenzin is a trainee solicitor in Haynes Boone’s London office, and he is currently in his third seat in the dispute resolution team.

Previously he was seated in the Investment Management practice group, assisting with fund formation mandates and working closely with fund management teams, institutional and HNWI investors on fund closings as well as providing ongoing support to fund managers.

He also worked on general corporate advice mandates to support early-stage companies on ongoing corporate matters.

Prior to joining Haynes Boone, he had experience in the Corporate practice group where he worked secured loan and M&A transactions; conducting due diligence exercises and preparing relevant ancillary documents for multi-jurisdictional closing.
